Kim moved to Lexington from Walterboro, SC in 1990 due to the relocation of her husband’s business position. Her family fell in love with Lexington and resided there for 10 years. Presently she lives in Gilbert with her husband and thoroughly enjoys country living. She has 2 sons, Matthew and Kevin. Matthew is married with 2 children and Kevin is in college.

Kim met Diana Wood through a real estate transaction and they became fast friends. Her real estate career began over eight years ago and has continued to grow. Working with Diana, she has ascertained much knowledge and experience. Specializing in the Lexington and Lake Murray area, Kim sells land, lake property, residential, and commercial property.
