Wade is a 25 year veteran of the Real Estate industry . A lifetime resident of Lexington County , Wade believes he better serves his clients through his extensive knowledge of the local market . As a former County Councilman , Wade is very familiar with the inner workings of local government and understands the explosive growth Lexington County is currently experiencing . “ I was a member of the Planning and Development Committee when I was on County Council , and worked in long range planning of some of the growth products of development that we are currently seeing.”

New Construction and land development are two markets that Wade has a wealth of experience in, having built over 100 homes as a custom homebuilder in such subdivisions as Carriage Hills Plantation, Carriage Hills, Secret Cove, Ashley Hills, Hope Ferry Plantation, Woodcreek and Spence Plantation among others. “When working with a client during the sale of their home or a customer when searching for the right property, I use my knowledge of construction to help them maximize their profits and equity gain while giving advice on problems that can arise during the process of building.

Old family ties to the community have recently led to Wade expanding his marketing techniques in Land Development sales. “ Having been in the Lexington area all my life has enabled me to make many friends and contacts in the development side of our industry . “ The last few years Wade has sold several tracts of land in and around Lexington for older residents who wanted to see their family land developed in a positive way.

Wade is a former professional baseball player, having played in the Kansas City Royals and Philadelphia Phillies organizations. He and his wife Patt , an Art teacher at Northside Middle school , have 2 children Adrianna and Reuben. They are active members at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church serving in various ministries. Wade is also the Head Coach of the Lexington Post 7 American Legion baseball team, and coaches Special Needs baseball and basketball.
