Diana has worked in Real Estate for over 27 years and is the owner/ broker of Wood Realty. Wood Realty was started ten years ago with Diana going “door to door” offering to work hard in her endeavors. She believes the success of her company has come through hard work, long hours, living in the area, and making life long relationships with her Lexington County neighbors and friends.

Diana and Ronnie Wood owned a Real Estate business in West Columbia for many years. Ronnie now owns and operates Wood True Value and enjoys investing in real estate. They are active at Grace Baptist Church, Diana having played the piano for over 30 years. The Woods have two daughters, Caroline and Heidi. Caroline is a Registered Nurse at Lexington Medical Center and is married to Andy Walke, real estate associate with Wood. They have two children, Andrew and Natalie.Upon graduation from USC, Heidi joined Wood as a real estate associate and head of the Marketing Division. She is married to Scott Brown, a Financial Advisor with Wachovia Securities. They have one child, Claire that was born August 2008.

Diana is a member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce; of Consolidated MLS, serving on the board for CML 2005-2006. She is also a member of the Columbia Homebuilders Association (HBA).

Wood’s knowledge of commercial properties enhances the residential, as she can share the phenomenal growth of Lexington with her clients who are considering living in the area. She has been a part of the development of several large tracts of land and is currently working on other developments in the area. In addition, WW Development, LLC, is responsible for several new residential developments, as well as exciting new retail and commercial growth.
