Andy, a Virginia native, has been a long time resident of Lexington County. Living in and among Lexington and West Columbia for over 25 years, Andy has a vast knowledge of Lexington County and the surrounding areas. Coming from a background with retail and wholesale sales experience, real estate sales have come naturally to Andy. With almost 6 years behind him he has sold various properties including; new homes, re-sales, lakefront, commercial, investments, recreational, and farms.

Andy has been with Wood Realty from the start of his real estate career. He enjoys the many opportunities Lexington County offers to a broad range of clients. Andy also enjoys the challenge of finding that perfect place for his clients, whether its their first home, a family farm, or an investment property, he is always up to the challenge.

Andy also has a passion for the outdoors, he is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing, camping, and working with his tractor. He works closely with his clients buying farm land or timber investments having a close relationship with a local Forester to give professional advice on their investment.

Married for 6 years to Caroline, a nurse at Lexington Medical Center, they have two children; Andrew (5) and Natalie (1 1/2). Their young children keep them busy but they remain focused on trying to raise quality children. Andy also relates well to those with children trying to buy or sell a home and understands well the questions and concerns parents have. Both active members of Grace Baptist Church they both serve in multiple capacities, as well as Andy coaching 9-12 year old boys baseball.
